DUNNING CEMETERY NEWSLETTER
April 2008
Clean up day was another great success!!! Everyone that attended had an enjoyable time warming themselves by the fire, sharing stories and has political “debates”.
Many thanks to Ray, Vernon, Kelly, Kami, Kim Trish, Levi, Debbie, JC, Mike, Rex and Regina. They all worked hard and we finished by 1pm.
Kelly of K&K Lawn Service is gong to once again do the maintenance on the cemetery for the year 2008. He did an excellent job last year.
Trish has now got the website under construction. Everyone needs to check it out and give her a hand with submitting pictures and other articles of interest about the cemetery. The website address is www.dunningcemetery.com.
Now for an update on our financial standings. We have a total of $977.44 in our savings account at First Midwest Bank. The CD total is $10,224.52 which will mature July 2008. All donations collected this year should also be included in the CD at maturity. Many thanks to all who have donated and made this perpetual fund growth possible. Without all your dedication it would not have been possible. Every donation is greatly appreciated.
Please let me know of anyone that would be interested in receiving our newsletters. Also, let us know of any concerns or questions anyone has regarding the cemetery.
